Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: November 2026
Please read these terms before you register for the Alchemy Laboratories affiliate program.
Important: this is a performance-based collaboration. It is not a free-product offer.
Creators buy their own product first. Rewards and reimbursement are only available after 20 confirmed sales, as explained below.
1. How the collaboration works
- Our affiliate collaboration is performance-based. It is not a free-product collaboration.
- Creators purchase their selected product through their affiliate account.
- Creators then create authentic promotional content based on their personal experience with the product.
2. Commission
Affiliates earn commission on eligible sales made through their unique affiliate link or code, according to our affiliate program policy.
3. Cashback / reward and reimbursement after 20 confirmed sales
Once an affiliate reaches 20 confirmed sales through their affiliate link or code, they become eligible for the applicable affiliate cashback/reward and for reimbursement of the original amount they paid for their own product purchase, according to our policy.
4. What is not automatic
Creating an affiliate account, receiving approval, or expressing interest in a collaboration does not automatically qualify anyone for free products, cashback, rewards or product reimbursement.
Eligibility for rewards and reimbursement depends on reaching the required 20 confirmed sales and following the affiliate program requirements that apply.
5. What counts as a confirmed sale
Only sales that are confirmed and eligible count toward the 20-sale requirement. The following are not treated as confirmed sales:
- pending orders
- cancelled orders
- refunded orders
- fraudulent orders
- any other order that is not eligible
6. Verification
We check orders to confirm that they are eligible before they are counted as confirmed sales, and before any cashback, reward or reimbursement is approved.
7. Your acknowledgment
By registering for the affiliate program, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms, including that this is a performance-based collaboration and not a free-product offer.
